Several years experience with SMS text chat, on various different price points allowed us to understand that users of both adult & psychic/tarot services when given good quality, good value for money services, will become loyal, regular spending users.

SMS text services, although interactive, are very one dimensional & linear in nature. Delays with message transmission between the user, mobile network operators, the messaging platform and the operators (and then back again!) sometimes led to an undue delay with an end to end chat thread. These factors, together with the obvious limitation of SMS chat services to mobile devices, did not deter a large percentage of regular users.
